CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Period affected: 15 March 2023 - 30 November 2023

Long Beach Chalet would like to inform you of our construction work for the new Lagoon Pavilions L1 - L20. The 20 new rooms are located 70 m -150m from the beach in the vacant area behind the existing units in the beachfront area of the resort. The new rooms will be finished and open for reservation from 1 December 2023.

​

Moderate Impact: Seaside Pavilion Room and Seaside Pavilion Deluxe Room S21 - S28 Please be wary of noise between 10 am - 5pm. The construction site can be seen from the corridor of these units

​

Light Impact: Seaview Villas S15-S20 , Deluxe Seaview Villa S6,S7,S8. . The construction site is far but could be seen with some light noise

UPDATE: 20 JULY 2023

All 5 buidings are roughly 50% complete. The next phase is the installation of the roof and finishing off the concrete work. Electrical and communications cables will also installed.
