The 9 Beachfront Villas boast unobstructed seaview, just steps away from the pristine waters of the Andaman Sea. 
Located just behind these are the 5 Deluxe Seaview Villas and 6 Seaview Villas. These units are also steps away from the beach and have partial seaview which is only blocked by the units in front. 
The 2 Seaside Pavilion buildings are behind the Seaview Villa. Each Pavilion is 50 meters from the beach and houses 4 rooms each, separated by an outdoor hallway. The Deluxe Rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building and provides a glimpse of the sea.
The new Lagoon Pavilion are under construction due for completion by 1 December 2023. The lagoon pavilions are located behind the Seaside Pavilions (70 -120 meters to the beach). They share the same layout and amenities as the seaside pavilion building but with the perk of having an outdoor jacuzzi bath on the balcony.
